Stock Analytics provides stock market analysis, portfolio tracking, quarterly results monitoring, and related financial data visualization tools for Indian equity markets. The Service aggregates data from third-party sources including but not limited to NSE, BSE, and Yahoo Finance.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account using Google OAuth or email registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service for commercial purposes
• Use the Service to distribute malware or engage in phishing

5. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

While we strive to provide accurate and timely data, Stock Analytics does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any market data, quarterly results, or financial information displayed. All data is sourced from third-party providers and may contain errors or delays. Do not rely solely on this Service for investment decisions.

6. No Investment Advice

The Service provides analytical tools and data visualization only. Nothing on Stock Analytics constitutes financial advice, investment recommendations, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Stock Analytics and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
